Stayed in accessible 2br apartment. Huge, spotlessly clean apartment with all the amenities of home. Great kitchen, dishwasher, stove and cooking utensils. Accessible bathroom was huge with loads of space to manoeuvre, plenty of handrails, adjustable shower head and a fold down shower bench. Comfortable beds, loads of seating in lounge and dining areas.
Staff were welcoming, happy and very helpful.

Stayed here one night and I would recommend. Close to everything. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were divine. The one bedroom apartment was nice, clean and comfortable. Would go back for sure if I ever go to Ballarat again. Thank you.
It would have been good if the bed was properly made on the second night and the bathroom shower gel replaced. But other than that the room facilities were good. The location was excellent. The noise the elevator made was a bit worrisome even though I was only going up one floor. The water pressure for the shower was also good.
Good stay at Quest. The location is good, the room is clear and bright. There is a full size kitchen and the staff is helpful. There is two bathrooms at the apartment which I didn’t expect. The room is spacious.

My was to visit my sister in Ballarat hospital so the Quest was a 10 minute walk. On my day of leaving they allowed me to leave my car in the carpark ty excellent staff , clean room & for a double room the kitchen was great. Ty :)) this is my second visit , first was with my disabled husband that also was a great experience.
